Question:

I accidentally blocked access to my Yahoo Messenger account-have tried all suggestions on recovery-nothing!!?

I was loggin into my Yahoo IM account, when a question popped up, asking me if I wanted to deny all access to my computer from Yahoo. I accidentally clicked yes and that is how I ended up in this dilemna. I have been tryin to regain access by going through various applications within my computer systemnothing!! I contacted my internet service provider for some tipsnothing. Everything I try is not working. I can still access all other applications from Yahoo such as: mail, photos, etc. I just cannot access my Messenger. If there is anyone out there who KNOWS how-not THINK you know-I would greatly appreciate the help. I have grown very frustrated!!

Answer:

They have all the same lights as cars, they have a license plate, and they have tread limits in the tires.thats what makes them street legal, the dont have safety systems like airbags and seat belts which apparently aren't required on a motorcycle as long as you have all the lights, plates, tags, and insurance. So i guess if you think about it un the handbook for driving its not required to have airbags just lights etc. So safety features aren't required just desired.
You may want to check the switch in the door panel first, sometimes the contactors get dirty or a loose wire or even a fuse try that first
It depends on what city, state, and county you live in. Every area has different ways to petition to have speed bumps or speed humps put in. You must understand that there is a lot of opposition to these kind of measures, and depending on the area, speed bumps or speed humps can make the road more dangerous. The best thing to do is to Google search How to get speed bumps in your neighborhood _____ (name of your city) If you can't find it, or would like me to search for you, please e-mail me the name of your city or county and your state so that I can find the method for petitioning for such changes in your area.
What is your definition of safety features? What is your definition of street legal? I bet your definitions are different than the state's definitions. In order for a bike to be street legal in all 50 states it has to have: Front and back turn signals. Two mirrors. Head light with high and low beam. Tail light with brake light. State license plate. License plate light. Horn. DOT tires. Safety equipment falls on the rider. Some states require and some states don't. Helmet. Goggles. Shoes.
Motorcycles are not cars they use a a different standard, seat belts are actually dangerous on a bike.
