Would my body be okay if i was to sleep on a sofa bed?
Its a bad idea, and I think you'd get sick of it after a week or so anyway Besides I doubt its good for your back. Why not get a sofabed, which unfolds into a proper bed, but then folds back into a sofa when its not in use? Seems to be the pretty obvious choice...
Only on a good quality sofa-bed. They are not really designed to use all the time as a bed. It might affect your body after a while.
I think you'd get tired after awhile of a sofa sleeper. You'd have to pull it out, then return it and restore all the cushions and pillows each day. Have you thought of a daybed? This would allow for sitting or lounging in the daytime and you could sleep on it at night. They use a twin mattress, and if you had a good quality one, the bed would be quite comfy. If you want to totally eliminate the bedroom look, you could have a Murphy bed installed. Of course, that might be pretty pricey.
