It‘s 50% wool, 50% polyester outside, inside is polyurethane, filling is polyester, and lining is polyester. It has fake leather sleeves, and it says to clean it to use soap and a cloth and wipe it??? It says no dry clean. Can I wash it on cold and let it air dry or something? What should I do?
Cold gentle cycle and air dry.

Yes, you can go wrong, but it's not in the $ area. You need to check to make sure piping is the right size for your car. Also want to check on the type of air filter used.
Why throw-away money? Your car already has one as delivered from the factory. If you want a freer flowing air cleaner that allows bigger pieces of dirt to enter your engine, buy a replacement KN air cleaner for your present plastic cold air box. It's no wonder KN does not publish the micron dirt particle sizes they filter!
