Turn signals not working?

I have a 1987 jeep cherokee and i have checked all the fuses, bulbs, and all thati did notice that what i think is the fusible link going from the alternator to the positive battery cable was blownits a 30 amp fusei havent replaced it just yetIs there anything else that i would need to look for that my be causing this problem? thanks for all the answers!!

HI ZACK, IT'S PROBABLY THE TURN SIGNAL FLASHERIT'S LOCATED UNDER THE DASH BOARD SOMEWHERE AROUND THE STEERING COLUMN( NOT FAMILIAR WITH YOUR PARTICULAR VEHICLE) IT MAY BE EITHER RECTANGULAR OR ROUND AND PROBABLY ALUMINUMHAD THAT SAME PROBLEM ON MY 1974 TOYOTA CELICAIF YOU CAN'T FIND IT ASK A MECHANIC OR AUTO SUPPLY PARTS STORETHEY'LL HAVE BOTH A DIAGRAM AND THE PARTIT JUST UNPLUGS ,USUALLY HAS 2 OR 3 PRONGSSHOULDN'TT BE MORE THAN A FEW DOLLARSO.K?
