Question:

I have a boss that fired me for not following his unethical code. Can I sue?

He was using student financial aid money to pay for his condo, parking spots, etc What grounds do I have to sue? It's been a year since I was let go for raising red flags. Do I have any jurisdiction?

Answer:

You broke the lease. HOWEVER, if I was the landlord, I wouldn't charge you. You made the effort to call them asap; and you did the only thing you could do. In addition, there is a life to smoke detectors. If it was old, it would have had to be replaced anyway.
i am like you but ive been running now for about 4 years (20years old), tried speed sessions during hs track (4:28 mile pr) but hated it. i usually run three times a week 10miles each, always at night. I found that running 30-50 F is the best for any type run, however i prefer it to be sub zero, i do wear underarmour tights and mockneck. before i splurged on them i wore a long sleeve cotton tee with a sweat shirt over it/ i wore knee high socks, running shorts and sweat pants over all that (remember this is in sub zero with wind, i live in chicago). this along with gloves and a head band always kept me warm, if you have anything like sweatshirt material or fleece they keep you warm but only when there isnt wind. also, in my case i sweat when i wore them, that was the primary reason for the underarmour. as far as your concerned, you have the right clothing as long as it keeps you warm and comfirtable. a little recomendation is to go to an outlet store like jcpenny, khols, value city, or any other store that has regular sales and only really sells clothing. they usually have brands like c9, athletec, and others that are athletic clothing, a pure polyester long sleeve tee under your sweats will wick away sweat and keep the wind bite away ( usually 5-15$) just always remember to wear GLOVES GLOVES AND MORE GLOVES.
Jonal has a point. But if you're asking about the space where there is no matter, that's really a metaphysical question. Is an elementary particle like a photon or an electron the point (without volume) where it's detected, or is it the volume of the area where it might be? And if the latter, should you consider two standard deviations of statistical probability? Three? Ten? And how do you count the Higgs field, gravitons, or even the gluon field of an atom? Which will you consider a field and which will you consider stuff?
