Yes all boilers need tune ups. Now the first question is it a hot water boiler or steam? The shaking you are hearing is the water in the pipes. You may have a water feeder valve going bad (if your boiler has one) there is so many things it could be. It maybe just the pips not be held still. HVAC Tech
