Question:

I have a lot of aluminum foil leftWhat should I do with it?

I bought a whole pack of aluminum foil and now i have a lot of it left after my project is doneWhat fun and creative thing can I do with it?

Answer:

Chew it! :D Hahah, jokingThat hurts really badlyUhh, I remember I did this piece of art when I was youngerYou take a peice of thin cardboard or whatever, the kind that's brown on the back and white and shiny-ish on the front, and put string on it in random patterns and shapesOnce you're happy with that, glue a sheet of tin foil on top, and try to smooth it out, and make sure it shows the the shape of the stringYou can leave it like it is, or paint itI painted mine :D I was so disapointed, I only got a BOh well.
Pulse means to have the machine running for half-second intervalsDoing this would combine the ingredientsA blender would be enough, hand mixing not so muchPulsing is mostly used so that the ingredients will end up like a paste, but it not completely smoothIf you end up with something completely smooth, then you left it on for too long Some blenders have a pulse buttonIf yours doesn't then pushing the power button like you're flickering a light switch would work as wellParchment paper is used so the thing you're baking won't stick to the baking panAluminum foil is used to seal in heat, so I don't think they're interchangeableCrimping edges of dough means to just press the edges together with a fork.
OK I understand, making the pastry, NO DO NOT USE A BLENDER, what they want you to do is combine the ingredients by crumbling the butter, flour etc togetherYou can use two table knives and slice them against each other to combine the butter flour etcthen you can use your hands yes handsjust crumble the mixture through your fingers until it gets fine and combinesMake your hands coldThis is basic techniques for pastry making, if you lookup how to make shortcrust pastry you'll understand even betteryou can crimp the edges with your fingersI would not use aluminum foil, if I did I'd lightly grease it.
Pulsing means turning the food processor on and off instead of continuously mixingTo make the batter you could probably use a blender or if you have an electric hand mixer that would work tooOr, you could just buy some pre-made pie crust or pastry sheets from the grocery storeYou could include onions, red and green peppers, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, squash, cauliflower.Really anything you like.
