Question:

I have a problem with the odor of my room?

Ok well I do often take showers couple times a week, and I am hygienic. However when my parents come in, they tell me that room smells like a barn. I dont smell anything, probably because I am used to, but what can I do? I dont want guests coming over and thinking the same thing. Please help, what can I do?!

Answer:

There's always some old ATF that doesn't drain in the torque converter. All you can do is drive it until the tranny goes. It may last for years the way it is. If you ever feel the transmission start to slip don't drive the car and go trade it in the next day. Once an automatic slips it will fail sooner than you can imagine.
Give it another fluid change as it may have flushed a lot of muck out of the transmission. People never change their transmission fluid often enough then muck gathers in the transmission.
take bath in baking soda
First, take a shower every day, using soap and warm water, with a brush or cloth. Clean feet carefully, including between toes -- lots of sweat glands there. Use deodorant or antiperspirant daily, right after bathing. Get some foot powder, and sprinkle in shoes every time you take them off. Have several pairs, so you can rest shoes at least a day or tow between wearings. Avoid athletic shoes of every kind, if you have any hint of athlete's foot -- synthetic rubber is a perfect breeding ground for fungi. Divest yourself of all polyester clothing -- it holds aromas, it holds oils, including perspiration oil. Get yourself a plug in freshener -- glade, or something, with refills. Air the room often when climate allows. Spray a bit of cologne or after shave when guests are expected.
