I have an Iron rock that weighs approximately 200-250 pounds. it is 80% iron and I‘d like to know how much that is worth.

Price of iron per lb. is around $0.08 so the total value of the iron in your rock is about $16 The cost of transporting your rock and getting it smelted to release the iron would come out in the region of many hundreds of dollars, processing iron ore only becomes a viable proposition when it is done in lots of many thousands of tons. Just leave it in your garden as an interesting talking point or advertise it on eBay and see if you get any inquiries (make sure you advertise it as Buyer Collects)
