I have fat thighs but don't want to buy expensive machinery what do i do?
Go for a walk - two miles 5 days out of 7 days each week
Eat more healthy. Cut McDonald's and fast food out of your diet and eat more fruits and veggies. Take long walks and jogs as often as you can (1 a day, if possible). Good luck!
Exercise! What else. Running is the best. Otherwise if you do not want to run, then keep shaking your thighs' flesh with your arms.
you dont need to bye a machinery you can run and do squats you can do anything you would do in a gym at home it saves you alot of money and when you eat eat what you want and then like anhour later get your running clothes and run around the house if you want but do some excersise after every meal it will help trust me
