This one is pretty goodCOPYCAT HONEY BAKED HAM 1 (7 lb.) medsmoked pork picnic shoulder (bone in or out) 2 csugar 1 choney or brown sugar, packed 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 tspwhole cloves Make crosswise slits, 1/2 inch apart, halfway through ham to where knife touches bonePlace ham in deep bowl and barely cover with waterStir in sugarSoak at least 2 days in refrigeratorDrainPlace ham in roasting pan, lined with enough foil to wrap completelyPour honey or brown sugar and orange juice all over porkStick cloves all over meatWrap tightly with foilBake at 200 degrees for 6 to 7 hours or until done, unwrapping and basting occasionally with honey mixtureUnwrap and bake at 450 degrees about 15 minutes for slightly crisp skin OROLD SOUTHERN RECIPE BAKED HAM 8-10 lbsmoked shank or butt 1 tspcloves, ground 1 tspallspice 1 tspnutmeg 1 tspbrown sugar 1 (12 oz.) Cocoa Cola Aluminum foil GLAZE: 4 tbsphoney 2 tbspbrown sugar 1 tspDijon mustard 1 tsprum (opt.)
