The key is gone and I don't want to call a locksmith. It's not a complicated mechanism. Just an L-handle with a D-shaped paddle on the inside which holds the door closed. Small key can't think of any other useful information other than that. I haven't tried to pick it or take it apart yet. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
Sorry - that is inconsistent with the time-line - there is no way Picard could be the father as he was working on clearing his name in San Fransisco in 2046-2050 and spent a good deal of his time at the academy training center as a disciplinary action. His father Lt. Cmdr. Jack Crusher was indeed the more likely candidate as the wedding was 2048 and the arrival of Wesley 2049 also Wesley has no resemblance to the Captain as opposed to the holo-record of Lt. Cmdr. Jack Crusher . Interesting theory but totally fallible.
you can do full body workouts 2-3 times a week without harm, i do not do full body workouts, i will do one day on arms, one day on chest, one day on back, one day on shoulders etc, so if you are just ddoing triceps then it is perfectly okay to do as many excercises in that session, if you use protein shakes then you can do what you like when you like as it repairs your muscles alot quicker
