Question:

I have small tin-like-material pan, can I make meatloaf in it?

It's the shape of a meatloaf, rectangular, but because of the material it's made out I wasn't sure if I could cook meat in itI bought it at a grocery store and made a muffin loaf in it beforeIt's silver/tin like material.

I found this recipe recently and expected it to taste like all of the same old sweet and sour things but it's delicious if you like sweet sour with loads of garlic, plus its easy! Serves 4: 75ml olive oil, 4 limes, 60g palm sugar (or normal brown sugar), 9 cloves of garlic (yes 9) finely chopped, 2 red onions finely chopped, 1 heaped tablespoon of smoked paprika, A few dried chilli flakes (depending on how hot you like it), King prawns, Rice to serveAll you do is chop the garlic and red onions and put them in a pan with the oil and chilli flakes over a low heatCook them until soft, usually around 10 minutes Then you add the smoked paprika and cook for a further 3 minutes being careful not to burnYou now pour in the juice of the limes and the sugar, give it a stir and then simmer until it all reduces by about halfChuck in your prawns and cook until pink and then serve over the boiled rice, amazing!
Yup, that is just fineI like to line my pans with aluminum foil before baking meat loaf in them to make cleanup easier.
