It has to be a safe pouring method Something u tried yourself and know it worksI am only looking for Questions directed towards my Questions, all others will be reported and ignoredThanks

Answer:

I bake chicken all the time in foil on a cookie sheet in the ovenyou can also use a grilling rackMost recipes give you options for grilling, or grilling in the ovenIt comes out fine, just not as grilled.
NEVER use plastic wrap in the oven! It will melt! I always line my pans with heavy duty foil; and wrap the ribs in foil to slow-roast them (uncovering at the end).
YuppersI'm about to do it today for some pork ribsI never cook my ribs higher than 250 degrees Fand if the plastic is approved for microwave cooking, then it will be just fineYou will have nice juicy meat that falls off the bone as the plastic creates a tighter seal and essentially steams the meatJust watch your cooking tempFor chicken.I haven't done that since I cook it at a higher tempgood luck
I am a former chef and saw someone on the FoodNetwork do that and did it myself and it does work, the others are not trained chefs, and like Maureen K said make sure it is microwave safe, and cook them no higher than 300 d F, the plastic wrap acts like a steaming device, season the ribs, warp in the plastic wrap, and them the foil, 30-40 minutes at 300 is fine, then take thme out and BBQ them on the grill, add your sauce in the last 10-15 minute to prevent burning.
Get a BIG funnel from a hardware storeIf need be get one with a long flexible aluminum tube on the base of the funnel- - -
