I just had a BBQ smoker welded and now i want to find a recipe or suggestions on how to SMOKE A TURKEY????
Just wait til Monday to make itIt will get stiff and dry if you refrigerate it.
Not sure about the freezing but you could keep it outside in a tub or inside a fridge.
