Death Metal: Vader (any album), Death (Leprosy for their old sound and Symbolic for their new sound), Morbid Angel (Altars of Madness and Covenant), Entombed (Left Hand Path and Clandestine), Possessed (Seven Churches and Eyes of Horror), Unleashed (Where No life Dwells, Shadows in the Deep, and Midvinterblot), Sepultura (Beneath the Remains, Schizophrenia, and Chaos A.D.), Crown (Deathrace King), Haunted (One Kill Wonder) The only black metal bands I've listened to are Dissection (Somberlain and Storm of the Light's Bane) and Marduk, both are ok but just didn't get into that genre of music.
Im pretty sure VADER is a death metal band they are polish buy i heard they are big in sweden in the metal scene
For death metal try Behemoth, Immolation, Suffocation, Necrophagist, Morbid Angel, Opeth, Death, Carcass, Obituary and Dark Tranquility At The Gates- Slaughter of the Soul black metal, I've only just started to dip my toes into but I like Celtic Frost, Watain and Bergraven
