so i had this at a birthday party a couple years ago and i cant find the recipeall i rember that the drumsticks were marinated in white wine and dijon and the drumsticks were oven baked coated in pecansi need the whole recipe but i cant seem to find one that matcheshelp please

You are looking for an adaptation of fried Chicken Dijon, where the breadcrumbs are partly replaced ( I presume) with pecans or fully with a mixture of cornflakes and pecans Dijon marinade: 1/3 cup white wine 1/3 cup olive oil 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves marinate chicken in it , but not more than 4 hours dry and coat with whatever you fancy like: Ingredients 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans, toasted 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 egg whites 4 pieces of chicken ( in this case marinated) Preparation Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowlBeat egg whites with a fork just until foamyDip both sides of chicken in egg; dredge in pecan mixtureArrange chicken breasts on a lightly greased aluminum foil-lined baking sheetBake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done Good luck
