Suggested seasonings for this soup are: (one of the following or as many as you like) fresh garlic, minced, onion, chopped baby carrots, chopped celery, green onion, scallions, minced fresh parsley and a pinch of rubbed sageIf you are using chicken breast, don't allow the broth to boil; just simmer, adding the chicken breast last and cooking only until doneThis recipe is great! It is quick and easy and the family loves it! You can change it up and use different soups and even add cheese! It tastes home-made!
