I was finishing up my homework and had a question. It talks about potential energy so I know potential energy is stored energy and kinetic is actually doing something. I figured that a candy bar and a roller coaster at the top of the hill was potential energy but it was marked wrong. I thought of the candy bar because it was food and it has potential energy then when you eat the candy bar it would be kinetic. Then the roller coaster at the top of the hill has potential energy because its high up I figured the higher it is the more potential energy it contains. So I'm confused which one is correct? Here are the choices a ball rolling down hill, wind, a stretched rubber band, candy bar, rowing a boat, and roller coasted at top of hill.

wow. i'm sorry. I know how you feel. In december i got a beautiful little kitten who was grey with white paws. She was my birthday present so i was soooo excited. About a month after we got her (and exactly a month after my birthday) My sister found her dead, on the stairs, while she was on her way to work. We don't know why (because the necropsy didn't show anything) and we didn't do tissue samples because it was too expensive. Well for the first day, I cried. Because everything reminded me of her. Second day, i sat depressed on my couch. And cried. The third day (january 25) which was also a monday. I didn't go to school. I know it's hard to picture him gone. And it would have been much easier if you had to give him away, so you would know he was safe. What i did was find every single picture on my phone/ computer and i put them on a memory card. Then i went to kinneys or rite aid and i developed them, making my favorites extra big. I bought frames and i put her pictures everywhere. Wow i'm like crying thinking about it. And thinking about you're kitten. Watching that video and seeing him makes it hard to believe. It's been about 4 months since my Luna died and sometimes i still cry about it. Put the old battery back in it. If it quits chirping you will be pretty sure it is the battery. If it continues you probably have a bad detector. Remember, just because it is new doesn't mean it is good, it just means that you are first to use it.
