I made a heart shaped mold out of aluminum foil, I pasted parchment paper on the bottom and i coated the sides with oilWill the chocolate stick?
i am not sure what 'parchment paper' is but would have thought that the foil would have been enough with some neutral oil would have been better why not try experiment with a very small amount, put it in the fridge and when set take it out and see which is best you could do it one for each one and see which is the bestsounds yummy anyway.
