Question:

I need a recipe for a Key Lime Pie Martini!?

Actually, I really want the recipe for the Key Lime Pie Martini from Old Ebbitts but I doubt they're just going to give it to me. Anyway, it had Licor 43 and Half and half and a graham cracker rim. Anybody?

Answer:

1] Lime is CaO, calcium oxide, NOT CaCl2. Slaked lime is Ca[OH]2 2] Limestone is CaCO3 3] Dolomite is [Mg,Ca]CO3, ie, a mixed carbonate of calcium and magnesium. 4] Mass is the preferred way to indicate amounts of solids. 5] Dolorite is a volcanic rock from, which you will NOT get lime;
