My favorite is stew, but I do it by heart: BROWN: 1 pound chopped beef(not ground beef, put cut into squares) THROW IN: 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped 2 zuchini, chopped 1 onion, diced 1 bell pepper, diced a couple of cloves of garlic, finely chopped ADD some tomato juice, worchestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic salt let the pressure rise, and cook for about 3-5 minutes good luck!
