Question:

I need help choosing a car alarm!?

I need help choosing a car alarm!?

Answer:

I WOULD LOOK FOR TWO VERY IMPORTANT FEATURES. 1. STARTER KILL. 2. FUEL SHUT OFF. THE REST IS ALL THE SAME WHEN IT COMES TO ALARM SYSTEMS. MOST SHOPS WILL NOT INSTALL SOMEONE ELSE'S SYSTEM JUST BECAUSE OF THE LIABILITY AND WARRANTY ISSUES. MY SUGGESTION IS TO FINE A SYSTEM WITH THE TWO RECOMMENDATION THAT I HAVE STATED AND AT THE SAME TIME A SHOP IN YOUR AREA THAT INSTALLS THEM. MIGHT COST A LITTLE MORE BUT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND IT WILL HAVE A COMPLETE WARRANTY.
Weld makes great wheels, but if you need one mid-season you're waiting at least 4-6 weeks unless someone has it on the shelf. Bogart makes really nice stuff as well as SpinWerks. Good luck.
HEY ALARMS DONT STOP ACCOMPLISHED THIEVES. THEY JUST MAKE ALARM SELLERS RICH.
I'd just go to Best Buy or Circuit City. They'll sell you a decent unit and install it for you too.
