OKbut I got a mysterious note and it says to meet the grey fox(I think thats the name) in the garden in portfront in imperial city but I cant find gardens and when its midnight it says hex markyes ( I think thats it) has been paralyzed but I cant find him or grey foz some1 plz help!

sounds like a combination of many things, start with struts/shocks for one this should help bounce on bumps and can help swaying on highway when they put those on they will have to do alignment as well this maybe all you need beyond that it could be tie rod ends, ball joints coil over springs ect take it to mechanic they can test drive it and put it on lift and see from underneath giving you a more accurate diagnosis, to me it sounds like struts/shocks will fix this issue without test driving or looking at car that is best i can do, struts/shocks need to be changed every 50,000 miles or when you bounce the car with your body and it bounces up and down more than once or maybe up down up but more bounce than that they need to be changed
