alright so my junior prom is may 7th and the prom is from 9-12 and then after prom is from 12-3 and me and my bf are going to skip the afterprom and have some sexwe are planning on going out to this lake to do this deed..and i wanted to know if you guys knew any ideas on how to make it romantic..and something we will never forget..thanks in advance
Not knowing the make of car I can't be specific. A valve cover is a simple bolt on part. Most engines won't require a lot of other parts to be removed but that's not always the case. Simply remove the bolts/screws holding the valve cover on and lift it off.
Go ahead and call the health department (while you're looking for a new place to live).
Take pictures, video and wood samples of the urine in the wood in a plastic bag to the health department and report it anyway. You see, this landlord gets away with this with the yelling and the threats. If the landlord kicks you out for reporting a health violation, it is the landlord or manager who needs to be fired. BUT for the sake of your child, report this to the health department. BUT if you have camera and video and sound recording on your phone, record the landlord and the owner making the threats about kicking you out for reporting a health violation. Take copies of these recordings to the county health department AND the department of housing, and tell them you need to be moved at the owner's expense into proper housing OR the housing department needs to put you in proper housing due to your daughter's health condition. Then, be prepared to move but let them sparks fly! But seriously, as a renter you have the right to demand the place you pay money for is clean and safe. That IS what you pay rent for - for the owner to provide a clean place for you to live, and your rent money is to be used to pay for the building maintenance and repairs. It is a Federal Law that they cannot evict you because you reported them, in fact, you have the legal right to do so. DO NOT BE AFRAID. Here is a link to the California Renter's Rights. Follow the guidelines as best you can, but always get the video and voice recording of the threats made against you and have copies of it uploaded to your e-mail account so that you have protection.
