the 555 output (pin 3) is capable of driving a relay but it is advisable to put a reverse biased diode across it to absorb inductive spikes at switch off from the relay coil. (some brands will not be worried by this spike but some are) Why 10Volt? it is an unusual voltage will mean you'll need an odd relay - far better to arrange a 12V supply use a 12V relay
Yes, it's possible. You'll need a relay to control the motor. Depending on the coil requirements of your relay, you may need a drive transistor between the 555 and the relay coil.
