okay.so my friend is jewish, so she can't have bread right now.so i can't make her a cake.any ideas? (i want something easy, and small, so i can bring it to school)
PASSOVER BROWNIES 3 egg 1 1/2 cups sugar 3/4 cup margarine or butter, melted 4 1/2 tablespoons matzo meal 3/4 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup nuts (optional) -Preheat oven to 400F and grease a 9x13-inch panBeat eggsAdd sugar and beatAdd melted butter/margarine and beatMix in remaining ingredients, including nutsPour batter into pan and bake for 18 minutes CHOCOLATE MATZAH CANDY 6 sheets matzoh cracker 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate bit 1/2 lb butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup walnut (approximately) -Grease both sides of aluminum foil and set in the bottom of a cookie sheetArrange the matzah on top of the foil breaking them, if necessary, to fit the pan completelyMelt the butter and add the sugar and cook for 3 minutesPour mixture over the matzah and spread evenly to cover them allPut into a 350 degree oven for 5 minutesRemove from oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the topIt will take approximately 3-5 minutes for the chocolate to meltWhen melted spread over the top of the matzahIf desired, sprinkle with chopped nutsRefrigerate until firmBreak into pieces Enjoy!
