Question:

I need to write a paper on energy conservation.?

The focus must be on a specific problem within this topicDoes anyone have any good ideas? Thank you.

Answer:

Even if your room is cool - the air may not be circulating properlyMine is cool, too - but - I reverse the ceiling fan to pull the air UP - set it on low or medium - it circulates the air better so I can breathe better so I can sleep betterNo sweating.
This is the same technique I have taught over 138,000 men and women in 157 countries to successfully treat their excessive sweating condition over the past 7 years! Remember: Watch the whole video, as the ending will pleasantly surprise you???
If you still having that problem then use a big towel to sleep on and another big one to put over you, if it's big enough you will be comfortableI have sweats that start in October too
I find that at my house (with no central AC) that the window AC that is in the window at the other end of the house keeps the rest of the house pretty cool, but since my door faces away from the direction of the air, I put a large fan in my doorway to help blow in the cool airOther than that, I just aim the fan my direction, and eventually it will help me cool offI've also heard that having your window slightly open with the door open will help pull cool air towards you, although this doesn't seem to help me very muchBest advice? if you have a ac unit in a window in your home, keep it turned on even if the room it is in gets coldKeep it on until the whole house is cool and then switch it to low when its cool or when you are gone, but don't turn it offIt takes a lot longer to cool a house off than it does to keep it coolDoing this is also supposed to help keep your electricity bill lower since the unit theoretically doesn't have to work as hardThis also applies to central AC as wellA guy at out local power company told me that a couple of months ago :-) Good luckHeat sucks
You could research whether it takes more energy to make new products from various raw materials or whether it takes more energy to make them from recycled materials (i.eglass, paper, aluminum, etc.).
