HOLD 2 MAGNETS TOGETHER HOW CAN WE HARNESS THAT ENERGY

The key here is to be able to effectively shield the magnetic field with a material that will not in itself be attracted to the magnet. Thus far, this elusive material is non-existent. If such a material were to be discovered, the field of a permanent magnet could be controlled - in a sense, turning it off and on much the way electro magnets work in a conventional electric motor. There may be no such material - but, over the years, I have learned to never say never. Present magnetic shields merely reroute the field by concentrating it in a magnetic material - this would not work since the magnet would then simply be attracted to the material and no new, unequal forces would be created or eliminated between the magnets.
