Question:

I plan on making crepes for my friends tomorrow but how should I prepare it so it still tastes good later?

I'm scared that if i make the crepe and put the condiments in over night the crepe might get soggy or somethingI was thinking if putting the fully prepared crepe in the freezer over night in a ziplock bag or container would work. And another plan was just bring the crepes without the things inside and we make it in school but if we microwave the crepes would it become soft again? since it'd harden over night.

Answer:

OOh I like it when its fresh off the panBut i get itYou want to prepare a head of time to get everone servedcut your fruits separately, the night beforeSet it up like an open barThen make your crepes slightly under cookedAfter cooled store it some place air tight like ziplock bags or container with wax paper betweenKEEP EVEYTHING SEPARATEWhen the time comes, preheat oven to 350Stick all the crepes in the oven until slightly crispyTo serve fresh for everyone to eattip: -You can put the crepes on aluminum foil without pans for easy clean up and save more space in the oven-having multiple open fruit bar where everyone can help themselves makes things fun and easy -make your own whipped cream with heavy cream, confectioner's sugar and vanilla extract multipleIf you make it with clear gelatin you can store it for dayspastry bags (or ziploc bag) with a fancy pastry tip so people won't be fighting over the whipped cream.
Check at Lowe'sThey have a four nailer set for a little over $200 plus taxThey are everything you'll ever needI, too, am an ambitious homeowner and I bought the set several years ago when there were only three nailersIt's been greatIn all fairness, Home Depot also has sets, and both stores have combo sets that include small compressors.
