Go around the tape and press it more securely. The tape is pulling off the frame somewhere.
you may have a little air getting inside they have to be fixed tight as a drum. check sealant.. we used them 2 winters ago when we had old windows...we did have a lot of draft, but had to seal as much as you can on the windows before fixing the plastic..once done you should not be using the hairdryer again..hope this has helped..
The plastic did not seal correctly to the tape. Press all the way around the taped area and then use the dryer. I install this product every year and have had no problems.
I have **** windows in the house I rent, so we shrink wrap them, staple thick plastic sheeting to the windows, then staple a fleece blanket on top of that. Its about the only thing that helps keep our bills tolerable.
