Answer:

High end video boards like to lock up when they overheat. Check that the cooling is adequate. Most forceware drivers allow you to monitor the junction temperature of the graphics controller. It should never go beyond a reasonable value, say 60C. The limit depends on the part, you might be able to find that online. If temperature is the issue, check that there is sufficient thermal paste between the heat sink and the GPU. Note also that too much thermal paste is also bad. It should cover the contact area of the part completely, but extra thickness just adds thermal resistance.
Hypnosis is a bunch of nonsensebasically a tricky way for humans to try to extract information from each other. Stop watching the videos. They are of no benefit. It's a bunch of so-called science mumbo jumbo that has no proven effects. What is the purpose that you are desiring to watch them for? Sleep is the best stress reducer. Either that or exercisetake a walk or do a basic exercise routine of some type. You're 15your body is growing. You need 8+ hours of sleep each and every night. Watching tv, watching a video or reading stuff on the computer, looking at a bright cell phone screen, etc. can disturb your body and throw it out of whack if you do that sooner than abou an hour before bedtime. The light tricks your body into basically wanting to stay awake. If you can, try to grab an hour or so nap in the afternoon (no later than about 5pm) to assist your body in growing and basically just to stay health. I don't believe it's anything demonic or even related to the videosrather, it's something with your body's sleep cycle. Getting up early is probably throwing it off. You got up at 5:30? Sure, the first morning you felt great. But eventually within the second and third day, your body kind of wonders, Hey, what's going on with this? I don't usually get up this early. I am used to more sleep and sleeping later! If you're going to get up at 5:30am, you need to be going to bed at 9 or 9:30pm. Our bodies generally have a rhythm of sortsthey do not do too well at staying up late at night and sleeping in later. They function best when we go to bed fairly early and wake up earlier in the morning, instead. I have found this same principle with regards to my jobI'm a 31 year old guy and I've been through all of that school stuff and was even trying to work and go to school during my senior year in high school.
