Answer:

If you aren't really big on cooking, go for something that's not going to require a whole lotta fuss BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated) 2 tsp dried basil leaves 1 tsp dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup milk 6 split chicken breasts Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn 13x9in baking pan melt butter in ovenMeanwhile in bowl mix all ingredients exept milk and chickenDip chicken breasts in milk and then coat in flour mixtureDip chicken in butter then place skin side up in panBake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and golden brown(Parmesan cheese forms a crunchy coating on this oven-baked chicken.) Serve over a plate of cooked spaghetti noodles with a bit of heated marinara sauce(YOU CAN BUY THE SAUCE!) SAUSAGE BAKE 1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into two inch peices 4-5 red potatoes washed, peeled, and sliced 1/4 inch thick 1 bag baby carrots 1 med onion sliced 1/4 inch 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp seasoning salt of your choice and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375On a cookie sheet, lay out a large piece of aluminum foilSpray the foil with non-stick cooking sprayPlace sausage, potatoes, carrots and onions on foil and sprinkle with minced garlic, seasoning salt and pepper to tasteWrap foil around all ingredients and bake 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
1 1/2 Flour 2 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla 4 tbs melted butter 1/2 tsp salt mix all ingridients and you can throw in any other stuff like nuts, cranberries, marshmellows etc into a brownie pan bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
