Question:

I want to design an industrial boiler which can utilize bagasse residue from furfural as fuel.?

The size of bagasse residue is same as of talcum powder. So please tell me which type of boiler will be suitable and its design steps ?

Answer:

Assume you are boiling water and using it in the same plant. How much water steam needed should give you the size of the boiler. A bit of testing of your fuel as to moisture content and what it leaves behind will be needed. A check with local epa as to how much you can pollute the air and land would be wise. Burners of other powered things like coal or sawdust should give you a start. Maybe you can find someone that has already built something similar. some pottery kiln run on blown in sawdust. Boilers will be tougher to do. Back issues of power magazine might give a clue.
