I want to drill a 6mm hole in a round aluminium tube on a wheelchair, best way?

Answer:

I didn't like the G310 eitherI think the 400 is OKBut putting in the pickups should have solved your problemThe bridge, tail piece and warmoth body and active electronics will not helpYou could have a neck problem or a nut problemI suppose you could have a bad bridgeMight consider a compressor.
A compressor is good for sustain and boosting your signal - but it's soft of an iffy thing that really changes your soundA 310 is a bolt on neck, and legend goes if you want sustain, you need a set neckA G-400 is only $350 new - save your money for that or a Les Paul Standard or better, and stick the Duncans in the new guitarIf you really are after sustain, a Les Paul is probably better - more wood and a hint of edge with a maple topSorry, but Epiphone doesn't really make good bolt-on or budget guitarsIt isn't until you get to the set neck models that you get the good stuffA Gibson SG would be nice.but expensiveThe Special / Tribute models are a bit cheaper, but often odd in electronics or looksI'd just consider returning your SG to stock, selling it, and getting the G-400 or Les Paul Standard by Epiphone.
Find the centre of the intended hole, use a punch to give you the start, use a series of smaller drills and work you work up to the 6mm bit be careful when the first bit breaks through, run the 6mm bit from both sides this will clean the burr off.
