Question:

I am currently working on corrosion in aluminium radiators.?

I want to know the reason why do the radiator tubes corrodes from inside and pits are formed very early is it due to the iron particles from the engine that contaminates the coolant or what? also the reason please.

Answer:

So there I was stuck in an elevator with Hayden Panettiere, between the seventh and eighth floor of the Bonaventure HotelShe turned to meI saw her eyes sparkling, promisingA little smile played about her lipsShe parted those so-perfect lips, about to say something endearing, I'm sureMy head was swimming with possibilitiesHow old are you? You look older than my dad! She saidThat pretty much ended the moment, and I was relieved when, a moment later, the elevator resumed its downward motion.
Rust and corrosion happens inside the tubes when a 50/50 mixture of pure factory antifreeze and distilled water is not usedAlways use antifreeze from the dealer of the carOld fashioned green antifreeze from a discount store should be avoided at all cost! Green antifreeze contains silicates which eats-away at aluminum cooling system parts As you know, the radiator core and heater core are aluminum.
