I want to make an aluminum-cast dice sethow i planned to this was to find some sort of cheap, wooden icosahedrons, dodecahedrons and whatever the 10 sided dice are called, and put them in casting clay so that when i take a torch to the clay to cure it, the wood would burn away leaving a cavity of that shape, so that i'd be able to pour the molten aluminum into itTHE PROBLEM: i can't find where to buy simple, small, non-numbered shapes, and i am not confidant in my carving skills and don't have any way to machine them otherwise.THE QUESTION: does anyone know where i can find items as described above? or would there be an easier way of doing this?many thanks in advance :)
I'm pretty sure they sell metal dice in many varieties and shapes, so I don't believe that you have to make them yourself.
Get up and walk 10 minutes before each meal
you don't need to go on a high fiber diet.Humans lived 200,000 + years without breads.that much fiber will wreck your digestive systemYou can get all the fiber you need eating vegetables and fruits.sweet potatoes are great as wellwell in that case I'd say sweet potatoes are your best bet (based on my experience).they're generally referred to as a 'safe' starch.I'm not exactly sure how much fiber they contain but I added them to my no grain diet and I have much more energy.
fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to
