a layer of towel a layer of dry ice, then chocolate- dry ice , then towel- I bought my dry ice at safeway- then - shipped it- it kept very well to Southern New Mexico-D
I would suggest in packing it in a coolerIt would keep the heat out, and keep freshness in) I don't know if it'll work, but it seems pretty reasonable.
Send it in dry ice! Slice with a electric knife and build a box, then wrap it up and stamp itMay catch the postman using it as an bum cooler though and could affect taste.
