i had one, just make a plywood deck in the front, use either marine grade or basement grade 5/8 or thicker. then mount a seat with fish locator and trolling motor, viola you have it

Sure. Take it out on the lake and fish for bass.
how wide is this boat? flatbottom or semi-v? some things you'll need for sure: bow-mounted electric trolling motor, fishfinder, aerated livewell, casting deck, and plenty of stowage space for lots of tackle. 5/8 will add lots of weight -- 3/8 might work if it's supported well enough, or 1/2. Just make sure it's EXT grade plywood (exterior). Interior grade will delaminate almost before you get it home. best if you can saturate it in polyester resin and add at least one layer of fiberglass cloth.
i was gonna say something, but the three guys ahead of me said it best. Take the class first. start out with a cheap beginner bike-you might realize that you really don't like it that much after all. as skills improve, move up to bigger better more expensive machinery.
