Wow, that is a tough oneThe only thing I can think of to do is to remove all your racks, and take them outside and scrub them with a wire brush until it is offReheated it will just make them stringy and if you should get it on your fingers, it will be extremely hot causing burnsWorst case, you might have to buy new racksDid it hit the burner? i am sorry but i have no cluei love soymilk but the brand i drink is silk milk and i dont think that it is lined with aluminum and plastic but im not surethat would be really cool if you do figure out to make homemade soy milk! good luck
