If the impact was on the side and there isn't a gas leak. Does the boiler have to be repaired or replaced?
Depends what you shot it with, if it went through the outer haul. If it is leaking water or steam, call someone in to get it looked at right away. Next time dont shoot, you may not be so lucky to write it on here.
Your boiler should be fine as long as no working parts were damaged. Next time, however, don't shoot your boiler.
A boiler is a pressure vessel! Any cracks can get worse over time and use! Get it checked if your not sure and get it replaced if you are sure!
