If God really did exist why do churches have lightning rods?
Anti-static wristbands are available from most major electronic component outlets e.g. RS, Farnell etc. Ideally you should have an antistatic mat as well (NOT a tumble dryer sheet) for the equipment however a metal sheet with a 1MΩ resistor to ground will do as a substitute. Your wrist strap will need to be grounded too. Don't use rubber gloves unless they are made of antistatic material, a pair of Marigolds for washing up will do more harm than good. If you have a watch with a metal wrist strap you can make a makeshift wristband by clipping on a wire with an alligator clip and running the wire to ground via a 1MΩ resistor. I've successfully used this arrangement when working with A series CD4000 logic chips which are static sensitive to the nth degree. If you are doing any soldering then the metal part of your soldering iron should be grounded as well.
cuz they're stupid n can't f***in drive!! that crap really pisses me off! I hate it when ppl do that!
they do not want to damage there car and don't say it can't happen you can knock the front end out of alignment I want to say you are in your twenties and are inpatient with the pepolle that know what damage can be done
WE DONT WANT TO DAMAGE OUR CAR!! some of us kinda care about what we drive and would rather not smack the speed bump at twenty mph and bounce out of the seat and smack our heads!! we are not all in a hurry either! and some ppl are lowered so we try not to scrape or get high centered!!
You will also notice that their cars are in very good condition and have been washed recently. They don't abuse their machinery by driving stupidly over speed bumps. They probably drive at the speed limit too and slow down for corners. We must remember that not everyone drives their car like they just stole it. And if everyone drove this way cars would last a lot longer. Personally I drive my cars like I stole them from my mother-in-law but I do not fault the driving habits of people who respect their cars more than I do mine.
