Question:

If heat is IR radition and humans give out heat does this mean we give out radiation?

and also does this mean that the chemical reaction that happens to produce the heat in the first place turns into radiation and if so how does that happen?

Answer:

ask yourself why was the speed bump installed on the roadway? its because there was a reason to slow traffic down, usually to 10mph or less. People stop before the speed bump to protect the suspension in their car and because of the hazard that caused the speed bump to be placed there.
In the attic or in the garage? Or do it when no one is home.. or perhaps outside?
If you want to do music(vocal/instruments) practice without disturbing others the best thing to do is sound proofing a room. Put rubber frames around your doors and window edges. Cover the walls you share with the other part of the house with egg containers and/or glass wool and cover it all with thick cardboard paper or very thin wooden sheets(make sure you make plenty of of 4-5mm holes all over the covering material). You can use thick sliding glass shutters for your windows. Make sure the room is not entirely empty. Fill it with extra furniture(or useless trash) to break the noise waves that you're gonna produce. Cover the floor with rubber sheets or if you cant afford it old mattresses or sponge sheets will do but try not to fall when you walk. :D Well thats it. Talk to any of your musician friends or local music studio guys and they should be able to advise you personally on how to do it. Obviously no one can practice vocals in a bathroom! Duh!! And expecting others to leave house every day for the benefit of one's vocals practice is impractical as much as its dumb.
