No. It's just another outbreak of pent-up anger that needs any excuse to explode into violence. There is no global peace.
This is a really old question and you re probably not going to like my answer, but I think the best thing to do is let him have his fun. I know it s not fair, but think of how sad that would be for him if he couldn t show anymore. Well that s my advice, take it or leave it.
