I think I know what you are referring to and in a way I agree. A woman gets a little drunk, then a little frisky, she want's to have sex, then in the morning tries blaming it on rape. It's an age old problem. It is so bad in the military that they teach us, if either of you have been drinking then the answer is no. It makes it hard sometimes when you are out clubbing, having a good time and know you can get lucky, but it just isn't worth it. Sadly, most women and men who willingly have sex when they are drunk, would never blame it on the alcohol or file rape charges. These are usually filed by women who clearly knew what they were doing, they are just too ashamed to admit to society what they really are. Tragically they destroy mens lives with these lies. The laws were put in place for a reason. Just play it safe dude, don't sleep with drunk women!
