If you don't have muffin or cupcake tins/ liners can you use aluminum foil instead?
S(2-) : sulfide ion Al(3+) : aluminum ion
S -2 Al +3 the numbers should be in superscript i believe
Use a bit of butter/margarine or shortening and rub it in with a paper towel or waxed paper, dust with flour, put a spoonful in and shake dump it out, you can do this for all the cups, aluminium foil will only make the batter stick, this works and they come out clean, and you will never forget and eat the paper, I do it this way all the timeAlso spray oil like Pam or other generic product work too.
