If there is an online course, it should be provided by a local broker. Your best bet is to sit down and to start calling every real estate company in your area. You may find that there is only one school in your area, so you might not have much of a choice. However, you will meet other people there and begin making contacts in the business right away. You will also have someone you can ask questions of on a face-to-face basis.
