Im a military dependants and my husband next base is USA and we want me and the kids live with him, but we dnt have any visa to entering USA, can we use a Sofa visa in USA?
No you cannot use the SOFA stamp to come into the US. The SOFA stamp is for when you are in a foreign country with the US military. To get into the US you need to do the proper immigration process. The children if they are his, even though born outside the US are US Citizens so they will not need a Visa or immigration. you as the spouse will, as you were living overseas you could have applied for Citizenship earlier if you wished. You can go to the Embassy and do the paperwork.
