Im assuming you get the exotic reference but just in case don't reckomend like puffer fish or some weird fish I can't buy unless at a weird Asian market in the dense forest of the amozon or any place like that
I made this the other day and it was deliciousThe recipe is for one serving, but it can be doubled or tripled or quadrupled etcBaked Fish Fillets 1 5-6 ozfish fillet, I used Tilapia, but flounder, bass or other white fish fillets will be fine1 teaspoon Hellman's or Best's Mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed few drops hot sauce, optional salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon grated parmigiana or asiago or romano cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Mix all the above ingredients, except the fish and grated cheese Put the fish fillet in an ovenproof dish or aluminum foil panSpread mayonnaise mustard mixture over the fish filletGarnish with grated cheese and bake for 15-20 minutesIf the cheese has not browned a bit, turn oven up to broil, and broil about 1-2 minutes, just until cheese takes on some colorNote: you could probably use any brand of mayo, even that miracle whip stuff, I just don't like other brands.
