Answer:

Just like a potato, you can bake it the sameI noticed that the sweet potatoes seem thickerIf you bake them in the oven it make take longerOtherwise if it's in the macro wave do the same and use a folk and poke holesI sometimes bake sweet potatoes in the oven, by slicing them real thin with the skin on, and then baking them with some olive oil for about 20 minutes at about 375 degreesI then put cheese, and sour cream on themIt is really good.
Preheat your oven to 400FPoke a few holes in it and put it on a baking sheetYou don't need to put any oil on itBake it for roughly 50 minutes, turning it once or twiceWhen you thinks it's done, just gently poke a knife through itIf it is soft, then it's ready to eat.
If you're going to bake it in the skin, just poke some holes in it and stick it in the oven like a regular bakerYou don't have to put any oil on itIt will be nice and moist on the inside when it's done.
I love lemon squares - they are always light but yummy!!! Lemon Squares: 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus extra for dusting 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces 4 large eggs 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest 1 teaspoon baking powder Pinch salt Preheat the oven to 350 degrees FLine a 9 by 13-inch sheet pan with heavy duty aluminum foil, so that the ends of the foil hang over the sides and set asideIn a bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of the flour with 1/2 cup of the powdered sugarCut in the butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbsPress in an even layer into the bottom of the pan and bake until pale tan, about 20 minutesReduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees FWhile the crust is baking, prepare the filling(The filling will set up better if the crust is still warm.) In large bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until pale yellow and frothyAdd the remaining 1/4 cup of flour, and the remaining ingredients and whisk to combinePour over the warm crust and bake until set, 20 to 25 minutesCool completely on a wire rackDust with confectioners' sugar before cutting with a thin, sharp knife into squares Enjoy!
